Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of their scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of their scheduled service cost. This applies to all cancelled/missed appointments including those due to illness. We require a card on file and a deposit to book all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward your service at the time of your visit. The card on file will be used to cover any remaining balance if 100% is due. You will not be able to rebook until this is paid. ✨BOOKING✨ Upon booking, all clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of their base service price to confirm their appointment and lock in their spot as a client. The remainder of your balance due at the appointment may be more if art or other amenities were added on. Technicians may have periods of time where they are not accepting new clients - this is to ensure that their current clients are able to rebook. If booking your first appointment through the website, the technician will approve or deny the appointment based on their ability to take on new clients at the time. ✨LATE POLICY✨ Upon arriving, please message us to let us know you’ve arrived in case we are with previous clients. Do not enter the building until your technician has retrieved you. While we allot extra time for all appointments, we do take them back to back and need to do our best to stick to the schedule. We understand things happen! Please communicate with us and we will do what we can to help you! ✨APPOINTMENTS✨ Our appointments can range between 1-4 hours depending on the service. Quality work takes time and we promise to never compromise quality or safety! This is an at-home studio that is by appointment only. We do not take walk-ins, but do have a waitlist in case of last minute availabilities. If you have the booking link, please refrain from sending it to everyone you know! Instead, send them our Instagram or number and we will help them get booked! ✨ADDITIONAL GUESTS✨ Due to the limited space in our studio, we ask that you do not bring any additional guests, including children, unless they also have an appointment at the same time. ✨PAYMENTS✨ We accept cash, check, and most cards via swipe, insert or the card on file. Payments must be resolved before leaving the appointment. Please note that each tech has different pricing based on their expertise and skill. ✨OUT OF HOURS APPOINTMENTS✨ If you need a service done by a certain time frame and we don’t have any availability within our work hours, we are sometimes able and willing to do a services out of work hours. Since this is our personal time, there will be a $35 fee added to the service you are receiving. This amount can increase at our discretion during holidays or vacations.
