Cancellations with less than 24 hours notices will be charged 50% of their scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of their scheduled service cost. You will not be able to rebook until this is paid. ✨LATE POLICY✨ Upon arriving, please message us to let us know you’ve arrived in case we are with previous clients. Given that we are taking back to back appointments, we need to stay punctual. Once you are past 5 minutes late, $5 will be added for every 5 minute increment you continue to be late. After 20 minutes, there is no guarantee we can do any add-ons or the service itself. We try to allot extra time in case these things happen, but it isn't always enough. We understand things happen! Please communicate with me and we will do what we can to help you! ✨APPOINTMENTS✨ Our appointments can range between 1-3 hours depending on the service. Quality work takes time! This is an at-home studio that is by appointment only. If you have the booking link, please refrain from sending it to everyone you know! Instead, send them our Instagram or number and we will help them get booked! ✨ADDITIONAL GUESTS✨ Due to the limited space in our studio, we ask that you do not bring any additional guests, including children, unless they also have an appointment at the same time. ✨PAYMENTS✨ We accept cash, check, and most cards via swipe, insert or the card on file. Payments must be resolved before leaving the appointment. Please note that each tech has different pricing based on their expertise and skill. ✨OUT OF HOURS APPOINTMENTS✨ If you need a service done by a certain time frame and we don’t have any availability within our work hours, we are sometimes able and willing to do a services out of work hours. Since this is our personal time, there will be a $30 fee added to the service you are receiving.
